Congratulations to Judge William “Billy” Ray, II on his appointment to the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Judge Ray has been serving as a Superior Court Judge in Gwinnett County and prior to that he was a partner here at Andersen, Tate & Carr, P.C. At the firm, Ray had a litigation practice focused on business, construction, real estate, and family law cases.
