ATC Welcomes New Associate, Marian Adeimy   Leave a comment

Marian Adeimy has joined our firm as an Associate in our Litigation department.  She has represented clients in mediation, settlement negotiations and all aspects of litigation in both the state and federal courts.

Marian graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science and Public Relations.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University’s College of Law.  Prior to joining Andersen, Tate & Carr, Marian was an Associate with Lueder, Larkin and Hunter, LLC, a firm specializing in community association law, collections, and real estate litigation. 

While attending law school, Marian was Vice President of the Student Bar Association and served as Vice President of the Child Advocacy Society.  Marian earned a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration through the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Austria.  She has also served as a certified Mediator in Fulton County.  Before attending law school, Marian worked as a legislative intern for GeorgiaLink Public Affairs Group and was a Senate Aide for the Regulated Industries Committee during the 2005 and 2006 Georgia Legislative Sessions. 

Marian grew up in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.  She and her husband now reside in Dunwoody, Georgia.  Marian is also active in the Junior League of Dekalb County and a member of Buckhead Church.
