Bray Presents Community Association Update at Georgia ICLE Seminar

Recently ATC partner Amy Bray presented the “community association update” portion of the November 11, 2010 Georgia ICLE Commercial Real Estate law seminar (co-sponsored by the real property law section of the Georgia Bar) held at the Georgia Bar Association headquarters in downtown Atlanta. 

Her presentation focused primarily on the recent attempts to regulate transfer fees in associations taken at the Federal level (a proposed rule from the Federal Housing Finance Agency and proposed bills H.R. 6260 and H.R. 6332).
