2010 SuperLawyer Accolades for ATC!

Congratulations to our own Tom Andersen and Tom Tate for making the 2010 SuperLawyers list for the State of Georgia. Michael J. Hay and Amy H. Bray made the SuperLawyers “Rising Stars” list for 2010 as well.

Tom Andersen made the 2010 list of Georgia real estate lawyers for SuperLawyers for the fourth time! Tom is the head of our commercial real estate and banking group. His practice focus is on commercial real estate, finance, and banking and the breadth of his practice is a bit astounding, from dealing with public/private bond deals to the purchase and re-finance of whole packages of commercial properties located in multiple states.

Tom Tate made the 2010 list of Georgia business litigation lawyers SuperLawyers, as named by Law & Politics and Atlanta Magazine. Tom is the head of our litigation department and has a focus in business, eminent domain, intellectual property and title insurance-related disputes. This is Tom’s second time being named to this prestigious list of Georgia lawyers.

Michael J. Hay is making his second appearance on the real estate “Rising Stars” list. He is a partner in our commercial real estate and banking group and he focuses on representing lenders and developers in connection with all types of financing.

Amy H. Bray is making her third appearance on the real estate “Rising Stars” list. She is a partner in our commercial real estate and banking group and focuses on community association law. Her practice includes representing all parties that may be involved in a community association, from the developer, lenders, associations, to home owners. Recently, Ms. Bray spoke at the February 12th, 2010 Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education seminar (broadcast state-wide from Georgia Public Broadcasting’s studios) on the topic of “Homeowners Association Trends 2010” to great reviews.
