ATC’s managing partner Tom Tate spoke to members of the Johns Creek Chamber of Commerce in January, 2012 regarding condemnations at their monthly meeting at the Taylor Lodge at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Johns Creek.
Property owners in fast-growing counties such as Fulton, Gwinnett, and surrounding counties frequently encounter condemnations. Tom, and his partners Jim Joedecke and Matt Reeves have tried many condemnation cases to verdict in recent years.
