Kathleen Guy, a partner in our Commercial Real Estate and Banking Group provided answers to legal questions regarding SBA loans at a seminar/webinar presented by the Small Business Partners, Inc. and National Association of Development Companies titled “SBA 504 Loans — An Important Economic Development Tool for Community Lenders” on March 12, 2010. The seminar was geared toward providing information on SBA 504 loans for Georgia community lenders.
The seminar was presented by Lorra Lee, President, and Melinda Coker, Senior Vice President, of Small Business Access Partners, Inc., an economic development company based out of Gainesville, Georgia.
